My PC doesn't show up

Your PC appears once Max Companion is installed and open on it: it registers itself automatically.

1. Check the indicator at the top. If it says Companion off, open the Companion from its icon in the system tray (or install it from Download).
2. Click the indicator to retry the connection.
3. Check My devices (Workers in the bar): every PC running the Companion is listed there with its status.

If Windows blocks the installation with SmartScreen, click “More info” and then “Run anyway”.

If the Companion was open and stopped responding, make sure the PC hasn't gone to sleep and restart it.
