Depurate

What it does

Reads the open sequence and marks which words aren't needed: filler words, repetitions, false starts and silences. Open it with Depurate in the editor; Start analysis requests the analysis and Use this cleanup applies it.

When to use it

Once the sequence is put together, before subtitling and exporting. For a second pass, Review with critic editor scores the cleanup and tells you what to fix.

What it doesn't do

It doesn't delete anything for good: removed words stay visible and can be turned back on. Undo and Restore original take you back.

What it needs

An open sequence and AI: your OpenAI or Anthropic key, or Max's AI if your account includes it.
