Connect your AI key (OpenAI or Anthropic)

Steps

1. Open Settingss}** from the top bar and go to the “AI and corrections” section.

   

2. Paste your key into OpenAI API key (BYOK)l}**, or into “Anthropic API key (Claude)” if you use Claude.

   

3. Click Save settingsn}**. From then on, Suggest and Depurate use your key.

   

The AI features (Suggest, Depurate, the critic editor, titles and footage analysis) use your own key. Your provider bills you directly, at list price and with no markup from Max: around 1 USD per hour of video. Transcription, reframing and export don't use AI.

OpenAI or Anthropic

With an Anthropic (Claude) key, Suggest, Depurate and the critic editor work. Footage analysis, GFX titles and advanced reframing with vision still use OpenAI.

To remove it

In the same section, Delete my key deletes it from your account.
